REFUND POLICY

1. Service-Based Refunds

Since we deliver digital and professional services, refunds apply only in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered as agreed in the project contract

  • Service cancelled by SABEL SECURITY LTD

  • Duplicate payment

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consulting work

  • Delivered software/code

  • Security assessments already performed

  • Custom development hours already used

3. Refund Request Process

Email sabelsef435@outlook.com within 14 days of service delivery with:

  • Order/contract details

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting evidence

Refunds, when approved, are issued within 7–14 business days.
